As per the call only security remaining. Based on past behaviour i wanna say it could be anything from 1 day to a month/several months.
Good for you brother. You will get COPR soon. How long your medical took time to get passed and criminality passed?
medical and criminality both passed since on Jan 9 i believe. How long i cant say but my AOR was 10 Dec 2020.
Recent several PALs have arrived in 3 months after AOR. Today mine meets 3 months. Hopefully this week. AR May 19th, 2020 and AOR Dec 9th, 2020. Eligibility and security remain.

I believe this is for job loss cases, not for general cases.

They are not on HOLD. It only applies to people who lost their jobs in Canada. Also this job loss waiver applies only to folks who got AoR before Mar 18, 2020. It's also valid till end of day today. So, anyone whose AoR is before Mar 2020 and looses job tomorrow is equal to loosing everything.

From September 17, 2020 to March 10, 2021, provincial and territorial jurisdictions may request that paper-based Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) applications be placed on hold in cases where an applicant has experienced a job loss in Canada as a result of the pandemic, and their application was received prior to March 18, 2020. The processing of these applications will be put on hold until September 10, 2021, until the province or territory confirms that it continues to support the nomination, or until a new job offer is received along with a confirmation from the province or territory, whichever comes first.
This processing pause also applies to applicants nominated in a provincial or territorial business, entrepreneur, or self-employed stream. For these streams, the province or territory will issue a confirmation that the nomination on file is maintained or issue a new nomination.

Yes we all read about this since Sept 2020. This is nothing very new. Nothing is on hold. This page applies only to people who lost jobs. Lot of discussions in this forum happened already regarding this.
