Just wondering how IRCC operate somtimes.

No BIL since then over 3 weeks. Can they start any process/check on my application without biometric? Ins't Bio the first thing they require?

AR Aug shoud expect AOR end Feb - mid March, while those for Sept month later. IRCC still on six months from AR to AOR.
