Congrats first. You know my time line is almost the same but I did go for upfront medical until know as I was sent to IRCC and said not to do it upfront and wait their instructions. I am really do not what to do!

Personally, I recommend going for upfront medical since you reach 50%

Service Canada officers will call you at the telephone number you provided in your application to schedule your biometrics appointment.
