I dont think any outland applicant has been received MR since march.

Oh I see. I am in Canada and I have dependents outside. If I plan to do upfront medical, is it only me who can do that?

If they'll review your case more than 12 months from medical, they can ask you to do new medical tests, as result, you can lose money, which you paid for the first test. In my case it is 1000 CAD and I don't want to lose that money for ghost possibility of speeding something.

I try to be patient but my mind doesn’t allow me to…. BTW I applied MPNP, it seems slower than other PNP, anyone feels the same?

At this stage,there is no input or requirement from the province. I think after nomination certificate and roll sheet submission,no more role of provincial...just my thought.
