April/16th got AOR in Oct/22nd.I saw an applicant with 17th April - AR, received AOR on 23rd Oct (Inland)
I have seen it making a big difference. For example, in my case I did not receive any medical request yet! Some of the applicants who did upfront medicals are permanent residents now even though their AOR is after mine. I’m talking specifically about the inland applicants.does upfront medical really makes difference ?? I saw feb 2020 applicant receive PR and he got medical request in september
So the file that is choose to be faster is processed faster no matter
And i also know one person he got his pr in 9.5 months in 2018 and he too got medical request ..
First of all, you have to contact the approved panel of physicians near you and take an appointment. They would definitely guide you through the whole medical process and the documents needed for the same.Hello, Pls how is upfront medicals done, I have recieved AOR, and I've done BIL, I'm mpnp, outland.
Thank you in anticipation.
I believe we have the same timeline. My AOR is March 9th, and received PAL in August. I just did the upfront medical, and waiting for the updates.Does upfront medical really speed things up or it's as random as the whole application process?
I've asked my representative lawyers ( kpmg ) and they told me it makes no difference at all and it's wiser to wait for the medical check request.
My AOR was March 10 and PAL back in August, no updates since then.
I was exempt for Biometrics since we did them back in February for Working Permit renewal before COVID struck.
Inland application with 2 dependants.
I had to update my file with new dependent ( Baby born in Canada, this summer ) in August/September, so maybe that has slowed down things for me after PAL
It can speed up your process depending where you are located and how booked the panel docs of your city are. I just received my AOR and decided to do upfront medicals and the closest date I could find was November 20!does upfront medical really makes difference ??
