Once you are nominated under provincial nomination I believe ECA is not a requirement by IRCC for PR. Avoid sending documents not required. What is your stream?

Hi.My stages AR, AOR, PAL, BIO, done... My Application is showing at " Submitted" Status, and I have given Medicals at the time of work permit. I am in CANADA on Closed Work Permit from last 15 months.
Can anyone suggest, Do I still need to give Medicals..?. I If Yes, Can I give upfront Medicals...?
