Every when does IRCC update status on ecas? Because I got ADR back in March 2022 and have submitted in April 2022 but my ecas has not been updated to show ADR request til now. Has anyone had the same experience?

No changes happen in ECAS when ADR is submitted/uploaded.

Why NDVO is going too slow even though they do not have much workload now. Why 2019-20 PR backlog is not getting cleared from NEW DELHI?

When you sign in to your gc account. Click on full application status and then click on application and documents submitted, you will see the slots to upload ADR.

Alhamdulillah! By the grace of Almighty Allah, I received the Golden e-mail for PPR.
It took 10 days after my PAL was received, for this email. Here is my time line.

AOR: Jan 17, 2021
Upfront Medical: Sep 20, 2021
MR: Oct 5, 2021
MP: Nov 10, 2021
ADR: March 15, 2022
ADR Submitted: April 3, 2022

PPR Letter in GCKey: May 13, 2022

In the mean time I have question for experts, I need to travel to Canada on a Business Trip , once I have the visit visa based on PPR, can I still travel on my existing visa that is already available in my passport? As this travel is not for landing. I want to travel for landing later with my family. Kindly advise.

How did you get request? Unusually they send you an email and ask you to sign in to GC account. And in GC key the in messages you see this "Medical Report.........................IMM1017E ". You click and download and IME is on the second page.

Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical
examination .
Nd then upload these documents to your IRCC account. Yeah. That’s it.

So basically this is additional document request, they may have asked other documents as well. Is there any email mentioned in the letter to send documents alternatively? If yes I would send webform mentioning the situation and ask for IME and send them an email on that email mentioned in the letter requestingIME#.
Also contact the facility where you are getting medical done. If it is emedical facility, they are able to find medical request using name, date of birth, passport or UCI #.
