@Jennyfromafrica are you inland or Outland? I received PPR on May 10, sent my passport by UPS on May 16, and my passport and COPR has not been issued. Also, I didn’t receive any portal emails . Is this normal?

Hello Everyone, please is there anyone here who has received PPR? I want to confirm if I can just waking into the visa processing office and submit my passport. Not sure if they will attend to me without booking an appointment online.

I suggest you should send them a webform and request for your file number. They will most likely send a TFN which confirms that your file is in queue for processing

Yes it was the auto response I got. No one is really able to predict their next step. I think you should just send the medical again since they have now asked for it. Same thing happened to me at ADR stage, I submitted through web form yet they asked for the same ADR 1month later. We don’t have...

Hi, I think you should just send them a copy of the medical report you received at the test center. Hopefully it should still be valid
