2020 Feb AOR. now it's real pain I the ass. My files are with the most nonefficient officer in ircc. July AOR s getting PR and the one before that really sucks. So frustrated.

You should receive a pr portal email or your representative and then you are gonna use your email address to email ircc for some basic information, then they’ll create an account for you and you’re able to upload your address and photo, it’s weird your representative is asking for photo

I think they have received initial email , I don’t know why he asked for it . Rules clearly says your representative can’t make account for you. When should I expect ecopr , i mean after how many emails back and forth. Is there photo on ecopr as well

2 days after the first portal email I got the credentials and then the next day I got ecopr, no photo on it, photo still reviewing

Yes I did, 16 days ago. But not the card. And my photo is seems to be "in review with IRCC." Do you think is there a problem with my photo?
