Anyone else in the same boat?
I have a similar profile and in the same boat - AOR Dec 2019, Single Applicant, CRS - 473, File approved in April 2020 (notified via GCMS), Medicals extended only once till April 30 2021. I did raise a webform and submitted my first vaccine certificate and also did ask if I need to do a remed. However they mentioned that I would need to if the responsible officer requests for one. Tired of waiting. Hope they send out PPRs in the coming month or so.

Has there been any encouraging news for the FSW-Outland applicants lately? Has anyone received their COPR since the travel exemption for approved outland applications on June 21st, 2021?
A few UK based applicants on the Dec 2019 channel mentioned they received PPR requests

I am also planning to submit my vaccination certificate post receiving my 2nd jab in August. I hope some movement happens soon.

By the way, how did you raise a webform? I only see a webform link for reporting technical issues.
Could you please share the process?

I used this link https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx Here I did add a note that I am submitting my first vaccine certificate using the webform and on the next page I uploaded the document. I think after that I had to wait for around a week to get a reply or acknowledgement that its sent to the concerned officer etc.

Hello fellow Dwellers,

These are my details:

FSW -0, INDIA

AOR: 17.01.2020

Biometric were done on 14.02.20.

GCMS notes as of March 2021:

Eligibility: PASSED
CRIMINALITY: PASSED
INFO SHARING: COMPLETE
MEDICALS: PASSED: EXPIRED

Everything else like security, HIRV, ETC: BLANK

Case officer notes: recommend pass

No updates at all since the pandemic started. Nor did I try to contact IRCC. However, on July 10th 2021, EE Profile application/profile updated..

Review of medicals: 10.07.2021
You passed your medicals.

This was updated on my EE Profile in the medical section, while every thing else like eligibility, background check, final decision on the EE profile remains "In progress".

Is the updating of medicals on the EE Profile insignificant?

What does recommended pass mean in the case officer notes?

If it is possible for you to paste the officer note so we know why it was recommended pass
