Didn't know how to figure it out.

This is by a case processing agent. The agent has recommended your eligibility as passed. However, this has to be confirmed by an officer.

Hi,

I just received my GCMS notes, COPR Document # was issued, but Status shows as "Not Started", also there is no changes in my online profile. But the officer review says "All requirements met. APPROVED", does this mean my PR application was approved? The online profile will show changes only COPR is physically issued? My AOR was on January 21, 2020 and my e-APR completed 6 months on July 21st, exactly on which day the officer's notes say "All requirements met. APPROVED", can you please let me know if there are any other stages? Is this delay normal because of COVID?

Please find below snippets of my GCMS notes:

Hi Guys,

Need opinions.... Just got the updated webform:
  • Your application is currently being processed at the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia.
  • Your application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied.
  • The security background verification is currently valid.
  • The criminal background verification is currently valid.
Finally, the security background shows something different. Does it sound like good news? Does it mean the next step is to wait for approval?

Thanks in advance for any ideas.

The notes section 2, the group you have been added is COVID-pace group. Are you outland or inland? If outland, you gonna have to wait for your COPR until travel restrictions are lifted.
@egam189

I am inland applicant. I did see COVID phase in multiple places. So, what does this mean for me now?

Hmm interesting. Where you inland when you applied for PR? Covid-pace is an internal communication between IRCC agents. Don't really know what it means other than its related to covid somehow (expecting delays etc).

I,m unable to login GC key , Captcha is restricting ..... U guys also have same issue?
It appears that there was a security incident with IRCC website , please see their notification on login page :
"A recent cyberattack has affected a small number of IRCC accounts accessed through GCKey. We locked these accounts to protect them from unauthorized access. We sent an email to affected users to explain what to do next. "

If page 2 of your notes shows approved, then yes, your application has been approved. Since IRCC is not sending any PPRs at the moment, you will have to wait and that is why you may have been placed in the group called COVID Pace.

Once IRCC starts sending PPRs, they will do a final review and send you further info.
