anybody still waiting for an update since Feb 2020?
call center keeps saying, "...everything is passed, just waiting for the officer to make the final decision...". haven't received any ADR or re-medicals. GCMS shows Counterfoil Generated.
I am Jan 26 2020 AOR, VO: Ottawa, FSW-O, and I get the same message every time I call.
I passed remedicals on 14 Jan, and also replied to ADRs (IMM5669 and 5604) on Jan 20th (requested on Jan 17), still nothing for me. The call centre agents just advise me to wait as everything is passed and just the final decision by the officer is pending.

Can you please tell me on what number of IRCC are you calling them?
And how are you able to make a phone call to IRCC from US ?

sorry to hear that. I know it's not ideal, but hold on. You're so close and almost there :)

Hi @legalfalcon. Have you seen any other similar case as mine?
Applied for EE FSW, AOR Jan 2020. Came to Canada on visitor visa last year and got my RFV mail on Jan 24, 2022, which mentioned, if I am in Canada, I should send them a webform so that they can send me credentials for the new portal. I did it the same day but so far I have not received any communication from them. Anything else I can do ?

Folks who did upfront medicals and successfully got them updated in their online account, when did you guys raise the webform exactly? The same day when you did the medicals or after the medical center uploaded the results?

Hey, I submitted a webform along with a scan of the IME form and a letter of explanation the same day that I completed them. Unfortunately, IRCC did not process them for the next 7 months until I started emailing, submitting webforms and calling them every few days. I would recommend you should also email your concerned Regional Medical Office along with your VO to update your medical.

Thanks for your response bro.
May I know what's the best time to reach the call center agents? I tried calling them several times but to no avail.
It's been a while since I last called them. I ended up calling them around 11 AM EST, and had to wait on call for about 30 mins before I was able to get through.
