Sorry to hear that. Hope your rep has checked it thoroughly this time. how can a rep miss a form. That's something they are expert of.

Maybe we should add biometric request dates to the spreadsheet tracker? Thoughts?

My partner has received his medical request but not the biometric request yet.

I think we should add biometric request column in the tracker. File admin, please see if we can add it.

@JoshC , "file admin" could you please help? It's a really good request, now since 2019 when biometric is required for everyone it would be a nice column to have. Maybe even 2 columns, payment request and bio request? I'm not sure if more columns is better or not.
