Hey did you get approved for work permit when used expired work permit support letter? I have same situation with you. PR in progress and got AOR gonna apply for work permit but WPSL is expired, I will attach AOR with it, the problem is we got law order to stay home and can not go to work. not sure if this effects work permit application or nomination?Pls share inbox or here. thanks

Ur file transfered to Delhi VO for further process same like mine is in London VO since May 27, 2021.

Actually I am in Canada , I was stuck in India in 2020 but travelled back in January 2021, already informed IRCC about it .

Currently, my children are in grades 11 and 10 and I will land in Canada by the end of October. Would I be able to register them for schools by that time? I don’t want them to end up repeating a year nor do I want them to miss their academic year, so what do you advise me to do? Help is needed as soon as possible.

As far as I know they will have to go thru assessment once you register them in School, depend on the assessment they will decide about their grade whether they will be on same grades or they will repeat the year, but mostly they wont repeat it.

Hi Sonya my children came last March, I enrolled them in April 20 and started to go to school on April 22, my daughter who is grade 10 that time just had an interview and assessment at home, collected her form 137, passport copy our work permits and good to go,while my son who is grade 5 have not done any assestment. If catholic school they just want you to pay the registration form and submit birth certificate and insurance. we are based in ontario. I am not sure for other province. hope it helps.

I applied for work permit before the support letter expired but got refused for other reason. That was two years ago.
