I m from August 2019 everything is passed except security and I dont know when my number will come. noc 2171

As per as i know my security never started, but status change to decision made. So, I can say you will get a decision made within this month.

I called them and agent said that application is still in process. It's not finalized yet but everything is passed. I told her that status has been changed from in process to decision made.She was like whenever your application will be approved you will get an official update in your account and also you will get an email. Looks like they don't have much information.
