Yeah they hold outlander’s cases unless the border reopen.

I agree to hold for DM and COPR, but they can send MR. Don't know what is stop then for MR ?

I got my COPR today even tho my application was approved Sep 4th...
I called them Sep 4th and IRCC told me everything is done and they will send me my PR card.
But on the COPR letter I got today it's asking me to send them a photo with the letter...
Does anyone know what should we do? From past experience with IRCC agents they have give me wrong info before..
Has anyone send their photos to their office? I am inland Etobicok office
