You need to first inform to the province nominated you. They will probably give 90 days or more depending on the province to find a job in the same NOC category. If you find a job in different NOC , need to start them all again. Whether a temporary or permanent laid off , first send an email to the province nominated without waiting.

You’re not eligible to apply for bridging open work permit as your existing nomination is employer restricted. According to the new rule, you can work for a new employer as soon as you apply for a new closed work permit with new employer without waiting the decision. Also noted you can not work for a new employer with your current work permi
Every province has different requirements. It depends which province he is from.Saskatchewan for example gives you 6 months to find another job under the current circumstances.

I am applied on April 22. At the time of application my( inland) medical results had 5 months before it expire and for my spouse (outland) had 5 months 27 days left.

Mine expires mid September and spouses expired mid October 2020.

I am curious should I get a fresh copy of upfront med and send them up ?

no don't they are likely to extend your medicals to next year. especially for you in Canada. if they require an extension for Ur spouse outside Canada they will contact you. if your spouse in in Canada here then the most likely extend both of you toll 2021.

Thank you!!

Even in this pandemic we have 90 days time to find another job ?

If I change my Job then what will happen to my PR process will it continue or I have to reapply from scratch ??
Because my nomination is from the current employer who have laid off me. So do I need new nomination and start the process again ?

DO NOT WITHDRAW!!

u can run both applications at the same time parallely. Pnp is slow but for sure way to get pr. Express sometime they refuse for stupid reasons.

So have pnp running side by side with express. When u will get one of application approved the other application will be withdrawn and u will be refunded the RIght for residency fee.
Great advice!! I had Express and PNP application. Express got refused and luckily I didn't withdrew the pnp. Thankfully, my PNP application was approved a few months later. Best wishes!

Congrats.
Can I ask for what reason ur Express was refused for ?
Thank you!
It was refused because I accidentally claimed I had 3 university degrees. It was an honest mistake, which I noticed after I had recieved my ITA. However, instead of withdrawing the application I changed the information on the form to what it was supposed to be. When they recalculated my scores based on the new information I provided, my scores had fallen below the lowest points within that draw.

Hi, Thanks for the suggestion!!
are you sure, this will not impact my PNP application at all?
