Looks like you are lawyer is the culprit, don’t pay him. He is greedy and have no knowledge about work permit. if you PNP employer restricted , you can only apply closed work permit. Find a good lawyer or apply for TRV mentioning your situation clearly.

They ll definitely get to know your status when you do landing if you re in Canada.

Also check your B.C. nomination condition, if you lose your job , would you inform them or not? Because Manitoba condition is to have a job at the time of application or not during application process as far as I know
Why dont you go to Canada visa.com they are good consultant about immigration.talk to mr.David cohen.

It's important for you to inform them early so it won't affect your current PR application.

You will need to show them a proof of your current PR application in progress + PNP Certificate + your current job + proof you're in Canada (drivers licence or other govt. recognized cards)

Also, tell them about your inability to fly because of COVID.

Make sure you contact them yourself (maybe Via WebForm).
Mr preet go to canda visa com.they are the good consultant about immigration. Talk to mr. Davib cohen.

Hey guys!
I really need your advise!!!
I am paper based mpnp applicant, my AOR was May 2019. I got a medical request on January 2020 and went for medical after ten days. The medical exam for me and my children was ok, unfortunately my spouse became HIV +be. The news was very shocking for us. There was further investigations done HBV and HCV was not found, but his CD4 count is 119. The panel physician ordered for TB investigation where the result will come around April 24, 2020. He has already started treatment in a public health facility when we heard the result. The treatment started one month ago, so should we inform and provide a medical report for IRCC? Do you think we will have a chance with having HIV positive spouse? Is there any other way we can increase our chance for PPR?
Please give me your advise!!!
Hlo
Have u get ur TB report or not

Hi guys, please help:

I just received an ITA through EE, and I came up with a question: "Have you applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?"

If I applied to PR through Paper Nomination Program but have not received the PR yet, what should I answer: "yes" or "no"?

I am kinda scared to do it cuz that would be like informing IRCC that i am out of status and that it would affect my in process file.
Your best option is to call IRCC to seek advice. IRCC is well aware that you are out of status, it was them that refused your work permit ext app and restoration application. Another option is to maybe return to your home country to avoid jeopardizing your PR application.

Your response should be yes.
They will know you applied under pnp, so just be honest. Saying yes won't affect your application negatively.
