I have the same time line too.. medical done in September but my file got transferred to London Visa office! I am an Outland applicant.

when was ur file transferred? How were u able to know the Visa office ur file was transferred to? My file was transferred Nov 05 after medical passed since Sept 20.

For inland application, PPRs are sent out lot by lot. Depends on the capacity of the office which is in charge of stamp the VISA.

What do you mean by office responsible for stamp? Isnt it ottawa always ?
I am mpnp and my file transferred to ircc. Wiinipieg this week. Is it normal for inland?

Mine transferred to winnipeg after MP as well. Ar 31.dec 2018

Ghost update is something like you will see the status as 'profile updated/application updated' instead of 'Submitted'. Means some changes are happened to your profile it may or may not be visible to you, may be in ECAS you could see status change. However you can surely expect a movement on your file to next stage. Once you log out and again login status will remain as 'Submitted'.

When you submit the requested document the message will be 'We are reviewing...' until the process is completed or the document review is completed i guess.

I sent them a mesage on webform.. they responded within 5 working days.. they said file is in London VO

File transferred on 1 November.. but I do not know if I passed medical! I did not link my application
