It says you received aor on May 7th.

Yes. That's application no.

I think in ecas, their status changes from "in process" to "application received". This means your application was transferred to another office.

I think you are correct, in ECAS my status also changed from 'in process' to 'application received'. I was wondering why it is changed to application received, i believe it was VO change. However you will not get email notification about it, just a quick update in online and status change in ECAS.

Yes, when transferred to another office it shows "application received" for a while. I think later it changes to "in process" again.

Submitted my upfront medical next day which is still valid for a year

I had my medical done on January and at the same time submitted it to CIC on January too
Upfront medical would be fine I am just worrying?
