Check you inboxYes 100% you can. I did same. Your husband is qualify for a spousal open work permit if he's on your PR application as dependent and if your application as passed AOR stage.
You just have to print the AOR letter plus your pnp certificate, attach with other docs, write a letter to state you miss them so much and they're on your PR application then apply for spousal open work permit and your children as accompany kids. You write a letter of consent to allow your husband bring the kids. At this time , they will be approve trust me.
I can feel your pain of staying alone without your family. Please try that and let me know what other info you need.
Same here bro almost 3 weeks even interview call or landing call done with immigration officer too 2 weeks ago. Still waiting.....Guys i was just contemplating about my situation. When i have DM already, everything must be fine right? The only reason making me over think is the time it's taking. As for a few applicants they get copr the next day and for me it's been two weeks already. What are your thoughts
I would suggest to wait as ircc extends expired medical automatically after one to two monthsI have a general question can we go for upfront medical if the previous medical was expired?
Based on your AOR, expect atleast a few months for now for the completion, most of the june/July/August AORs are getting PRs at this timeDoes anyone know how long Background check takes? Rest Everything on my file is done.
AOR Dec 19, 2019
I HOPE FOR YOU GOOD NEWS IS COMING , what does it mean security verification ... hope security is done and just quick check....fingers crossedI just call the ircc and I'm March 2019 applicant
The lady say everything is done except the security verifications,,what's your opinion guys how long sould take?
we are exempt even if we havent given biometrics in last 10 years because we applied before december 2019. anyone who has applied after Dec 2019, they need to give biometrics unless theyve given them in past 10 yearsQuick question: did any Inland applicant receive their PR without giving their Biometrics? My AOR Aug 29, 2019 (all done just Security left) and I'm exempted for Biometric since I reside in Canada and never given Biometrics in the past 10 years. When I checked online on CIC website it says Indian Citizens need to provide Biometrics for PR. Any DP's (Data Points) would be appreciated.
