i just checked Gu on cic account in the morning. Then copr has been emailed from cic saskatoon right away. The main office was sydney but copr issued from saskatoon.

Why do I think that they still give priority to March and April ARs to issue DM and CoPRs mostly. That is good as they deserve it.

I don't think on paper-based anything depends on province since u already have PNP approved.
Its just a matter of time, whatever they pick, they are processing it, I don't think they follow any chronological order.
I have seen people from SINP,MNPNP, AINP,PEI and OINP getting the COPR.

But no NBPNP YET

I got a message from ircc August 9th they recieved my application that means is aor or ar

but in your signature it says you got Ghost updates and all
