My AR was May 7th file is at cpc Ottawa as per gcms note no update after medical

My application AOR is on the same day as yours. BC PNP Inland. No updates since December. I did not check which Visa office have my application but 99% chances for NS

I also did upfront Medical on - 26th June 20202 and submitted through webform on the same day & yesterday I got reply of webform confirming that they have received my medical and forwarded to responsible office.

My question is: Once your medical is passed did you receive any Email notification or I have to check GCKey daily ..????

Nope nothing changed
I applied through lawyer due to which i dont have online account. I usually check on online tool which states - we started processing your permanent residency file on august 25 2019 .
After that no updates

what does a Ghost Update stand for?

Ghost Update - When you log in, the application says it's been "updated" but none of the fields have changed. Once you logout and log back in, the application returns to being "submitted". Ghost updates are not announced by email and a candidate must check their profile daily to not miss them.

one of my friend applied in feb 2019 and got PR in jan 2020 and here we waiting for medical almost a year now
