i have said that they have been raining COPRs for ee applicants recently.
Even AORs from February are getting COPR in express entry (in 4-5 months)... why PNP paper based applicants are not getting updates?...I think IRCC officers are still working remotely from home.

You are right

Most likely is that the paper-based cases can’t be processed from home.

In general, this covid-19 pandemic only affects the process of paper-based applications.

Yeah...However, Nova Scotia has opened many businesses I guess. Even they have not got any new case in last 2 weeks, don't think that IRCC office is closed completely...and some 2018 PNP Paper based applicants got COPRs from offices like Winnipeg, Halifax....It's hard to understand the actual scene behind this.

firstly If you were an 2018 applicant, secondly if ur files already had been transfered to local office last year in 2019, then you would probably receive COPR soon, otherwise you would not know how long you gonna wait.

At the beginning of their shutdown in March, I had a strong, but gloomy feeling that they are not going to process our applications for a very very long time, unfortunately this bad feeling comes true.

Okay.... Well I have applied in May 2019 and it seems that we still have to wait for a long time.

If you don't know , dont talk further..
Only the people from IRCC knows. But I don't think they are that incompetent to make such mistake.

I'm not sure, because I only saw few 2018 applicants receive their COPRs from Winnipeg office recently.

I think you will receive COPR as soon as Ottawa re-open, cos' ur file has been transfered to Ottawa long time ago, only final review is left, but nobody knows when Ottawa would reopen.

Mine is also transferred to Ottawa last February. Do you think I'd get COPR soon as well?
