Just received test invite today, please update my entry.

Question: The invitation notification email asks me to bring over all the original documents I submitted to support the application. I already submitted the original copy of the police certificate as asked by the checklist with my application. Just want to be sure, is there any need to obtain another original police certificate and bring it there?

Based on what I observed during my test/interview, all the files/documents I submitted were with the interviewer during the interview. So, if you already submitted the original PC it will be with the interviewer during your test date.

Also, I was only asked of my original passports (old & new) and PR card during the interview, nothing else, although I brought with me a lot of stuff. But, to be at the safe side, bring with you all the original copies you have.

Status still “in-process” - not that we are in any rush, just wondering cause some gets DM the next day. I remember the immigration officer mentioned during the interview about waiting for security clearance And will contact you for oath within 3 months. She said it’s a clearance done for all application. I’m under the impression that everything is done prior to test invites. Any idea if this put our application as non-routine? Thank you in advance for your input.

Did she say Background check completed? when did you wrote your test?
