I have heard similar cases, you should get your AOR soon, do check the junk mail / spam folder.

we don't have you in the spreadsheet. please share the following so I can add u to the spread sheet.

This happened for my kid. But the AOR came in after a day and post that the ECAS access also started to work. Yours should be on the way. Wish you the best!
