I need some assistance, I have been asked to upload a new police clearance certificate on my GC key account.
which I have just done.. however there is a message which says 'uploaded - not submitted to IRRC'. what does this mean?

Did you upload and submit after upload?

Is the place holder still available or does it show the file name in green under Police Clearance Certificate?

Just sorted it out.. I had to sign and submit the from online.. which I did now the file name is in Green.
