Many many happy returns of the day @rushi.gada brother!

Your footprints in the group works wonders for all of us and gives us hope.

@rushi.gada @vinayk & the experts please help me with the below concern so I can sleep peacefully.

So I resigned from my job on 12th August, 2019 on an immediate effect due to mental abuse by my boss.

I was on a closed work permit + lmia.

My visa expires on 12th Jan, 2020

I am awaiting PPR but wanted to start working legally till I officially get a mail.

So called CIC and found out about this new visa category called “VULNERABLE URGENT OPEN WORK PERMIT” in which they call you for an interview in 5 days to explain yourself about the mental abuse.

I went for an interview today where told the officer about the mental torture and the duties that I did for my boss which were not related to my NOC.

Officer told me that they will get back to me with the decision in an mail.

Interview went for hour and a half.

After I was done and I came out it ring a bell to me that I told the officer that my manager didnt let me do the duties what they hired me for but will that have an adverse effect on my ongoing PR file in which I have claimed this experience.

Draw : 443
My score : 497
Category: CEC Inland
Assume : They link todays statement to my PR application and take off 50 points thinking that I didnt perform as per my NOC. I still end on 447.

OVERTHINKING!!!

I am assuming I am still safe but not sure.

Category : CEC Inland
AOR : 1st Feb, 2019
Medicals : Passed
Criminality: In Progress
Security: Not started
Eligibility: Not started
Reminder sent : 21st August, 2019
Reply came : Please be informed that the file is in the que for review by an officer.

Please advise @rushi.gada @vinayk @legalfalcon @cansha with your expertise and knowledge whether my todays interview of Urgent Open Work Permit will have any impact on my ongoing CEC PR file.

Completing : 7 months today

Awaiting your reply on this.

Please & Thank You!
Bro, I am really not sure of your case. I think IRCC goes completely on the points we are claiming related to age, work experience etc and the documents we submitted for the same for PR. As long as your NOC duties match to your employment letters provided and all the necessary Letter of Explanations attached wherever we did not get the employment letters in IRCC prescribed format, we should be good. As with your assumption made, even though they exclude that 50 points from your CRS, you are on safe side so, you should be good. Please do not over think and review all you documents once again and wherever you feel there's inconsistency/confusion attach a detailed Letter of Explanation so that when the officer picks up your file he is clear on your story.

At this moment, please be patient for couple of weeks as your file has been in queue for the review. Only add any additional documents if it is needed. Good luck.

Anybody with NOC code 2282 user support technicians ever got PPR?
I am getting worried that I might have picked the wrong NOC code.
Your work experience and Duties and responsibilities should match to the Duties and responsibilities mentioned in Canada Gov websites for that NOC, at least 80% match people say, not a literal copy paste from there. As long as your designation matches with the below Titles mentioned and your work experience matches with the Main duties you mentioned in the below link you should be good. If you feel, you entirely selected an unrelated NOC, you can raise a CSE and attach a Letter of Explanation and all supporting documents and submit to IRCC. I would suggest you to do further research in this forum and check what other's have submitted and then change NOC.

Hi Guys,

Got the mail yesterday with the Subject- Ready for Visa and have been asked to submit the passports with VFS.

Guess the application is through and there are no further surprises

Basically just want to know if I can go ahead and resign or should wait for Stamping to be done?

Thanks
Bhanu

Thanks. Don’t have access to my account as it’s managed by my agent. Will check tomorrow.

How critical is it for confirmation ?
No, nothing to worry about. When they stamp your passports they add counterfoil number to your account with expiry date. So its sort of confirmation of COPR before you actually get your stamped passports in hand. If you see that in online account you can safely resign before getting your passports back.

Majority of folks still present here are dealing with a range of emotions from prolonged processing times for which they can't phathom. Empathy requires that you respect their frustrations and make plans POST-PPR without rubbing it all in their face. There are folks here who applied before you and are still waiting, if you're making plans with someone (1 person), the least you can do is respect the entire house. But what do I know? I'm just here reading comments.
Hey, it's ok
I am in same boat as you.. waiting for any updates to application.
If others are getting a mail and making a forward plan, just hope you get your mail soon and you are able to join these guys as well. Think positive....
Besides @rushi.gada has still been responding to queries from other people and providing the support. So it's not that these people are just creating a nuisance.
Wish you all the best. Hopw you get the Golden mail soon.

I thought IRCC may retrieve your information from the USA if you are residing in Canada, as it showed USA at the “partner” part under the “Info Sharing” section according to my notes. So assuming an inland applicant had applied for USA visa before, his or her security probably had been already screened by the USA immigration department, and IRCC could rely on this information to analyze the applicant further.

However, it is still hard for me to understood this section completely since there is no comment or other explanatory term under the “Info Sharing” section in my notes.
I don't understand a single word you said. Sorry.

I don't get it how i disrespect someone here ? i try to provide any information asked based on my experience in this process you can see my previous messages in thread. i just wanted to congratulate @rushi.gada on his ppr. some other person also shared his landing destination with him so i just added mine in his reply. Many people getting pprs on daily basis and other people congratulate them i don't understand why i am targeted for this. One more thing, everybody face problems in this process my child's medical didn't go well due to speaking issues and they asked for further assessments from psychologist and neurologist it took me 2.5 months to get that report and in that period what mental trauma i and my child had to face is another long story. Also, my paralyzed father was on ventilator that time and now he is on dialysis 3 times a week. i didn't get any update for 6 months medical was also under review i was sure that im not going to make it so i know how hard this wait is. I apologize for such long post but it really hurts when someone judge you without even knowing you and your problems. Speak about empathy and respect show some to others too. i always pray that everyone gets their golden email soon.
