It could be that. However you can check the CIC website which visa office is your local visa office. Also know that, sometimes due to workload they redistribute the applications to other offices. So even if London is working on your file now, they might be doing the work of your actual visa office.

Congratulations. It happens at 40th day. Go and submit ur biometrics as soon as possible. Then reasonable wait is for 3-4
Months. Or if u r lucky it may come in 2-3 months.

Happened with me before. I think their system must be down. Next day it could find my application

It's as if the application for many of us are in recycle bins or some officer in charge of our cases have decided they'll only look at one case per week. No GU since MEP/BIL, no ADR, yet prolonged delays.

Congratulations!! Are you already living in Canada? How did you know your VO? I also applied under PNP. AOR Jan 8th.

Usually CEC category doesn't get called for bio-metrics because we gave them everything when you entered the country. if you didn't then in case If you have a US visa they pull record from there. I am an AOR Jan 16. CEC -Inland. Just medical passed on Feb 26, 2019. And after that no update till date. No ADRs, no request, nothing. Just got to know my VO is winnipeg and I emailed CIC-Winnipeg to know about my application status so they told me it's awaiting security clearance and review by Visa officer to make the final decision. So hold tight and wait for full 6 months because there are enough backlogs.
