I have been reading that VFS sends emails after biometrics. I haven't received any.. should I be concerned?
You don't need to worry about VFS. As soon as you are done with biometric (usually within 1-2 hours) your GC account will show details about this session which means data have been captured successfully and transmitted to CGMS and linked to your application

All the very best . On 11 Jan 2019 mymapplication was cancelled as incomplete. Due to my husband's Australian pcc. I still can T forget that day lol
Sorry to hear that. I guess IRCC like to mark applications as incomplete during R10 check stage.

I hope you receive a second ITA and this time nail it

I thought they would do r10 check after MEP. Do you know what they have done with all applications before the MEP?
R10 is done to make sure that all information filled in eAPR are complete and that all documents that should be filled are there. That include everything in addition to your medical reports being clear of any issues.

Then it's move to processing where your application will be subject to detailed review to assess your eligibility for whatever program you applied to.

R10 is just a something they do at the very beginning of the journey and passing it is mandatory for your application to move forward.
