Hello All,
I ordered GCMS notes in April and just received them. My AOR DATE is Jan 27th 2019
Those GCMS notes are confusing as hell. Not sure whether the assessment on page 2 is the final assessment status because when I started going down it changes from Passed to Not started and then to Passed again and so and so forth. Also at lot lot of places it says that Proof of funds appears to meet the limit but then on page 3 it says review required ,not sure what does that mean? Can anyone guide me in terms where in the GCMS notes section I should be looking for final statuses.
The statuses on Page 2 are as follows:
Eligibility: Met
Security: Not started
Criminality : Passed
Medical : Passed
Info sharing: IN Progress

The notes are in the last 5-6 pages.
Read them and you will have a clear picture.
Then you can see in the middle, where the calculations have taken place.
Called IRCC, the agent said eligibility has not started.
I sent a web form to IRCC today and got the response below:
Your application was received via your account on January 15, 2019.
· The responsible office is currently verifying if your application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied,
o You may be contacted via your account if additional information is needed.
· The background verifications are currently not in process yet.
· Your application is currently being processed at the Case Processing Centre (CPC-O) in Ottawa, Ontario.
My AOR is January 15.

I sent a web form last week and haven't gotten any reply. Please how did you send yours and what specifically did you ask?
Actually, I miswrote, I did not send the web form request today, I got the reply today after 05 days.
I just asked them where my application is being processed, have I passed eligibility, criminality and or security? What is the current status of my application?

No, not yet. Since they haven't started or finished anything, I don't see any point in requesting GCMS notes. eligibility even has not yet completed.
I am in the Same boat bud.

On the time line: 9 weeks remaining

The response you shared states that the eligibility is under process.
Eligibility has few steps like the application review by program assistant who will check basically your R10 after that the case processing agent will check according to A11.2 and finally, the IRCC officer will review.
The only point of ordering the notes is during this step. After eligibility is clear you should think of ordering CBSA and CSIS notes as during that time security is processed.
