hi aihopeful, i was thinking about any SVo applicant january 2016 got ny news or request. last i saw a dec applicant from SVO recived PPR july4th since then no new news from SVO.

HI... Yes SVO is taking their sweet time... I just submitted my 2nd policentre check (the one from Canada) last week.. extra police check means extra wait time for me.

It will be Sep when they process my police check. I really hope no more document request.

I'm going back to Malaysia in October. Hopefully ppr by then.

I thought London is one of the fastest offices. I guess all VOs don't have action yet, apparently summer in Canada, maybe officers are in holiday.

London definitely isn't fast! Ottawa, at one point, was giving answers within 3 months (start to finish) for a while. London is averaging approx. 10-11 months right now... Estimated time according to CIC is 14 months so I shouldn't really grumble. It is frustrating though!

Jr4210.... They are now in the process of taking care of all the back log applications and are now only concentrating on the files up to Dec 31/15. We are also included in the Manila VO. We all need to be patient and wait our turn of Passport request! Please be patient my friend! You will be the first to know of any outcome from Manila VO if you read the threads daily.

I Dont know that if is good or bad signal.

minimal PPR this year from maximum VO. even the fastest VOs r doing slow. waiting dont know what is gonna happen.

I'm a Sao Paulo VO applicant. Applied on January they send my part to SP on March 30th and since we have never heard from CIC.
Apparently, August has been a slow month at VO. Haven't see anyone receiving DC now on August. Frustrating, especially because I couldn't never link my application to mycic and I have no idea what part are they analyzing now.

Hope September will be our lucky month or even better would be now end of August.

I haven't posted on this thread in awhile but wanted to updated you guys that our application was approved today according to My CIC We applied January 8 and it was in process at Dar Es Salaam VO on March 15. Hopefully that gives some hope to all of you still waiting. I know it's so hard to wait but your time will come soon. Stay patient and positive, your prayers will soon be answered. All the best to everyone in the January family!
