I ordered the first notes 3 days after SA just to see if there was any initial comments as I read in one thread that CPC-M will write a warning note and put "review required" under eligibility if there is concerns. When I read that I ordered them right away lol. My first notes did not contain much. Medical passed everything else not started. No review required/warning note. No reportable trace on USA info sharing and that's really about it.

I'm currently waiting on my second notes which should come in the next week or two and I'll be ordering the third ones shortly.

Mikeymike at one time was ordering notes every 2 weeks, and they sent a response saying they won't issue notes more than once in a certain time period. there really isn't any need to order notes so much. updates really won't be made until the file has started processing and generally any notes are things that you already know about because of requests received by CIC.

Have January applicants started hearing anything from MVO yet?

I got a photo request a couple of weeks ago from MVO!

I did not know that. I just want regular updates until eligibility is recommend pass or passed. I'm not worried about anything else.

Amazing!! Congrats!! Was the sponsored person in Canada on a visitors visa? Just wondering as my wife and I want to go back to Canada (currently living in England) in September but if we don't have our DM at that time we just want to know what our options are congrats again!

Warsaw VO status update:

got a RPRF request on May 12th, means they are finalizing January applications already
letter says that they will make a decision within 30 days

fingers crossed it will be a positive decision

yes, and why nobody realizes that VO should focus on processing applications rather then on scaning and e-mailing notes? VOs have limited resources; let them work and do their job quickly and efficiently

Ordering notes does not affect the processing time of your application nor is it the individual visa officer working on your file that sends them.

I was told that about Warsaw anyway; maybe Singapore is different

Doing a quick google search on ordering notes often I found the thread you were talking about I think.

So as you can see, it's not that they said they wont issue them continuously, it's that by the time he ordered them again they hadn't first processed his first request. Therefore, because two applications for the same request were in the system they only processed the first request.

Hey January family. Finally an update... got PPR today may 17th!!
Visa office: Port of Spain

Timeline for those interested

Application sent Jan 5th
SA March 04
File transfer and aor 2 March 8th
PPR May 17th
