Hi guys,I need some help. I am new to this site and I would like to share my application status...Any comment and advice will be highly appreciated...
My wife is sponsoring me and we were married last Nov. 21, 2012 in the Philippines. We completed our application and submitted the documents as early as January 16 2013 at CPC Mississauga, Ontario Canada. My timeline as follows:

January 16, 2013- application filled
January 18, 2013-application for PR received
February 14, 2013- Illegibility to sponsor approved and documents were sent to Visa Office Manila in the Philippines.

At present I am still waiting for any updates. What I have in my CIC online account includes:
- application received January 18, 2013
- medical result received

I would like to ask from you guys what to expect next and when it would be most probably.

Well the updates on your application online is pretty normal you have to wait for the PPR and it will takes atleast 6months from the date of approval still depends and case to case basis lets just pray for a speedy process

Same here. Ever since word of the strike, I've been depressed over all of this. Just trying to stay positive and not obsess over it too much. Trying to get my mind off it and focus on other things I enjoy and live life.

Decision made (beginning of April 2013)
No documents requesed
No passport requested (visa exempt country)

Hello I am new to this forum. I am too Jan 2013 applicants still waiting for PPR. I am thinking to apply GCMS Notes. but I did received email From NEW DELHI VISA OFFICE saying they have received my package and is currently pending to review on June 2.IF they have requested for PPR then they would have acknowledge in my email. I am so worried as I see other forum GCMS notes they have been requested for PPR but have never received it.

I am so worried. Any suggestion in my case...

there is nothing for you to do, just to wait. If ND wants new meds, they will ask for it, until then, it's more waiting,

So if they asked for her re-med then we have to wait for extra time then don't we.

Like we have to wait for 2 more months after the re-med if they asked.

You think they will ask for her re-med?
