Its a proposed plan proposed by the economist with all the data and figure trigger by them...
It will take action but its in pipeline for now..
but the way it looks it has given its VO to speed up the process which is in highest demand of the 29 eligible occupation list...other will go through a little slow pace but i think they will be through within 6-12 months after they receive AOR...
Get your finger crossed my fren...
thats the only best suggestion i will give rather than taking tension of the unseen event its best to face it and accept it...

Nationality and present Location = Pakistan
NOC code 7216
application reached CIC canada = 26th january 2012
First AOR received from CIC canada = 2nd march 2012
waiting for 2nd AOR from London Visa Office
