And my best recommendation right now is to try to gain more points in IELTS.
Study and dedicate to IELTS as much as you can as there is good indications that CIC will heighten the exigences for IELTS in the new system points in July.

I got my PER on 4th March and afterwards no correspondence from LVO so I wrote to the LVO on 09th April and received following response today.
