Yep generally when i was checking the cap they update once a week but now a days they are doing twice a week...

Becos they are jobless since they have returned half of the applications ... So the best job is to keep updating the CAP ;D ;D ;D ;D

It was the thing last year. From May-June 2011 until July 2011 they startad updating status on a daily basis, but as only aprox. 900 free places left i doubut that the proglram will last till July this year.
