hello frnd. did u check with your bank if your Demand draft was already encashed? My application was received last Jan18 and I was too worried also coz till now I hav not receive any PER or NER from CIO. So this morning i called up my bank and asked status of my demand draft and they said it was already negotiated and encashed last Feb 20, 2012. so meaning I already passed the Completeness check and perhaps my application is under ELIGIBILITY REVIEW BY CIO OFFICER. MAY GOD GRANT ALL OUR REQUEST. GOODLUCK TO ALL OF YOU GUYS. GOD BLESS

i called my bank visited my bank and they are saying that they are unable to tell the status of the DD they dont know the status and they cant locate it i dont know i know they are lying..... nor my application is back yet

can you tell me what is your NOC ....???

i am going to apply under noc 1231 with AEO and got ielts score in S 6, L-6,W5.5,R-5 i got 80 score with ielts is my ielts is sufficent or try to improve. Perhaps my file will be sent in this month. please advise or can i improve ielts after filling the PR because don't want to take risk as changes may arise?

as long as ur making 67 points for eligibility where will be no any issue, as u said ur getting 80 points then plz go head dont kill ur time

Sorry for being absent all that time!! I have bad news, My father received his NER last Monday (March 5), well he received less than 67 points because of the education. In the email sent, the officer said he could not consider giving 12 points since he's not convinced of 12 years of education + trade, so he gave us 5 points only. I don't know why, I already sent all papers related. Anyway, my father is re-applying for the IETLS to get higher points and then send back our application.

For all new people to this thread:

My father is the main applicant, I'm a dependant.
NOC 7241
Positive AEO
Application received by CIO on January 30,2012.
NER received on March 5, 2012.

M not senior in this forum ...bt as far as i know the application which they returned due to cap reached they gave XE mark...which u cant check on ecas..UCI u can use for other applications with CIC...hope m rite.. :-[
