there is an applicants with the same noc and date of receiving of mine that sent back due to cap reached.so it is clear what is gonna to happen to mine. a wanna say goodby to every one . be lucky during ur process.

when you send your apps back please ensure that your Docs order is well organised so that officer at CIO has faced least difficulty to locate your forms. And it is better to organise apps docs as per their order in DOC Check list which your have put on top of the apps...
Just double sure before sending as it is hopefully last chance to get in MI3....

CIO will nvr send email communication in case of rejection due to improper docs. we need to check with CIO. As mine was too back as i filed initially in Agu'11 but CIO sent back due to improper docs on 15th NOv'11 through regular POST. Parcel reach to me on 17 JAn'12 almost after 2 month SOooooooooooooo........
I again filed and reach docs to CIO on 2nd-Feb'12. and CC got charged on 23rd.Feb'12....
Were i have sent a mail to CIO on 30 nov. and i got reply on 15 Dec'11 that thay sent my application back on 15th NOv'11.
So if you inquired to CIO than they will provide info......
