Hello All,

I see a lot of new members who have been in this forum for a while but have not joined the spreadsheet. All applicants applied after July 2011 (Ministerial Instructions 3) are gathered in the thread below. If you are interested, you may post your details and check out the spreadsheet as well. The spreadsheet has almost 250 applicants in it and will give you a good idea of other applicants who applied at the same time as you and you can also track your visa office application processing updates. Find the link to the spreadsheet in my signature below. I really hope to see you all in this July 2011 thread.

Thank you for sharing your information with us.
Please tell us when your application was received by CIO exactly? When did your cc get charged exactly?
I mean the exact date because it is crucial for us to know.

I don't say this applicants' process info is until December 19th; all I said is the last applicant's DD that we know that was en-cashed was until December 19th, which is en-cashed on February sixth! We don't have applicants with previous file numbers for each day of process; thus, we could not say the last DD was en-cashed on February sixth was exactly until 19th. Indeed, December 19th was our estimation based on our information about our last applicant who has a previous file number and her DD was en-cashed on February sixth, which her application was received by CIO on December 19th. But you can't ignore the fact that there isn't a big chance that they reached from December 19th to January second in just one day before the 4152 cap was filled! So with all due respect I sadly guess you won't have much chance.

I hope I will be wrong

well i cant say much on this as i don't have any knowledge about this so the best thing is to wait and seee if not this year july is not so far away will try again ...

Hi Fellow applicants

I believe it will resolve the confusion how CIC update total number of complete application. I got it from another post. CIC first update total complete number (for MI3 applicant) on July 21, 2011 (and CIC start receiving application from July 1, 2011). However, as fare as my knowledge none of MI3 applicant got PER/NER just in 20 days.

You can find bellow post to visit following link: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/july-01-2011-fsw-applicantsmi-3-t74992.300.html

Please go through bellow post.

Hi to all,

Lets say we have file number as we applied before, what is the indication on ecas if you i got per without receiving email. Because as of today, it was still in process but last january, out of curiousity i checked my file number and it was unaccessible.(maybe because of inactivity)

Can you give some advice, what is the meaning of our ecas status or what is the exact status in your ecas when you received your per email?

Thanks

Hi bilderberg

When did CIC receive ur application? Did u apply before? If yes, why u got NER?

Dear samirsa, you are right. In addition to your inference, if you look at the spreadsheet, you can see the first DD was en-cashed on July 20th, at least as far as we know based on the information! On the other hand, the first PER was issued on 9/1/2011. Thus, I think I was right, and they en-cash your DD in second step, eligibility review. Then, just after en-cashing, they incorporate you with total number. That is the reason why CIC's first update was on July 21, 2011 although the first PER was issued on 9/1/2011. Finally, in the last phase, selection & admissibility, they are going to decide about your PER/NER.

Why some applicants' DD were en-cashed sooner than others, but their PER were issued later than others. The answer is simple & complicated simultaneously since beyond the overall cap is also specific cap for each filed. Nonetheless, this doesn't matter in our discussion because I think they are going to incorporate you with total number in the second phase, after en-cashing your dd, even before the third phase, selection & admissibility. We are not talking about who get PER/NER sooner. We are talking about who incorporate with total number sooner; as a result, based on my analyze second phase is the phase-incorporating with total cap.

It is exactly a month today wen i took the DD to send it to the Receivers General of Canada......

Hello January applicants!

I know that most of you used DD to pay for their applications, but for the few of us who used CCs, just a friendly reminder: Make sure that your bank/credit card company is aware that you are expecting a charge from out of your country (if you are applying from out of Canada). Sometimes, like I was just informed by my bank, you would need to call the institution every week or they may treat the charge as fraudulent and block the payment and your card....

I hope that this will prove to be helpful for someone.

All the best wishes to you all.
