This is nothing serious jingi. This is just a famous TV serious from HBO channel based on a famous book by George R. R. Martin. I just used a quotation from the movie dear ;)

I hope we'd find, i think things would be generally faster after the new ministerial instructions. But anyway, any MI3 with an MR should please signify. I have a feeling that soonest we will all start seeing our E-MR, so lets hang on. we are almost their!

I am Jan applicant...got MR from NDVO in April (but technically I received it by post in June since Im in Canada)...
