Dear friends,
Aifarooqi, samirsa, jingi, FSWCIO

Look at this:
If new Ministerial Instructions are not issued before July 1, 2012, the current cap of 10,000 new applications will re-set on that date.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp

Based on this new announcement there is a possibility that nothing will change for the future immigration program! ;D

Where is it? I could not find it? As I know just some NOCs changed from January 2012, but all fields are still there just some of them with different code and some alteration in descriptions.

Dear jingi let me explain this to you. There is no need to be worried. On January 31, 2012 some NOCs had changed and during that time they announced they consider applicants with both NOCs' description, older or new one. Thus, every one who had already applied during that time and even their work experience letters were based on the previous NOCs description were eligible too, but this year they will probably just accept reference letter based on the new NOC, which is not a big problem because everyone can asks their employers to write their job reference letters based on the new one. However, you should consider the fact that not all of the NOC codes are changed, but just few of them. You could see the affected ones from 29 eligible occupation list on that page, and your NOC is not one of them!
