Jan 2020 ALREADY FILE SUBMITTED , WHEN TO EXPECT?

Hello all ,
I submitted my application for jan2020 on 5th august , got biometric done on 7 th august and updated on gc key same day. Medical was done prior to filing - June20 ... applying for jan 2020 ....when should i expect i i response . I guess i have applied as an early bird .
