i added your information to the January sheet. there are some fields missing as I could not find the information in your posts - please feel free to add the info yourself

as an fyi - anyone can edit this sheets. we have all put in our own information and I think you should (hopefully) be able to do the same

After entering the data available in the spreadsheet, here is how trends show up. For Receiving to AOR the trends show that the time taken by CIC got reduced while nearing the end of January but for the AOR to In-Process the trends are all over.

If I had time, I would've developed a neural network to learn all the information we have so far and then make predictions for us. Maybe someone can pick up on this idea and run with it.

I used the simple excel sheet to do this and what i get out of it is that after Aor and before IP file gets in some new hands ! And there was a reduction in the time for issuing the AOR but the time taken to get the file to the In-process stage didn't decrease, it just varied !
