Hi. I'm new to the forum. My CRS score is 465 and I'm still waiting for my ITA from the Jan 11th draw. I read some inputs about it taking 24 hours to receive the email but when does T0 start?! 24 hours from when?

Received ITA. About the reference letter to be submitted online- Can someone share a template? I have an experience letter from the Organizations Ive previously worked for. Will these suffice?
