A query regarding reference letters.

My wife is applying under NOC 2171 (Information systems analysts and consultants) and has reference letter from 4 employers. The letters are more or less similar and some generic lines (1-2) are common/same across all the letters. The tools that she worked on are different but the overall structure and flow of all letters remain the same.
The letters are on the company letterhead and duly signed by authorities.

Do you guys think this can be an issue?

Just a quick question regarding my degrees.

I deferred 3 exams in my final year of my post-grad 1 year course due to illness and I took them almost a year later. I was enrolled at the university from 2009-2010 but took the exams in Jan 2011 and received my certificate in May 2011.

When I created the EE profile I put 2009-2010. Should I change this end date to May 2011? Can I make a change to this now?

Hi everyone, and congrats to all the other January 11 ITA candidates! It's absolutely thrilling to be out of the pool at long last!

I have a quick question, which I hope some of the seniors can answer. I'm a US citizen who lives really close to the US border. My kids and I have made numerous day trips across on Target runs and such, and I've done my utmost to document all of them, but I'm worried that a few may have slipped through the memory cracks. Do you think that'll be an issue? Should I apply to CBSA for a border crossing report, or just attach a LOE to my application? Again, it's just little day trips; any bigger travels of more than a day I can document easily. I'm just concerned whether this could pose a problem down the line.

Thanks in advance for any help, and good luck to all of us! :D

normally they look at the passport stamps and determine if you have been lying about your trips and such or not , i would say to be on the safe side if this is possible then ask for the report from CBSA and send it along your documents , but if you feel like this option is waste of time then attach an LOE, then the worst thaat could happen is CIC might ask you about the details and will give you a week to submit the left over stuff in that case you will have much less time to prove /collect all of that , so best bet gather anything and everything you can and submit a strong based application.

Number for whatsapp group. Please add.

On a different note, I will be submitting my application at the end as I have a passport renewal to do before submission and also because I want to soft-land next February. So I guess I should be part of the future ITA whatsapp group (based on e-AoR rather than ITA) :p
