It's been two weeks I still haven't received my e-certificate for citizenship.

I had my virtual oath ceremony on September 15th on. I signed the form and emailed it right away after the ceremony is done. I still haven't received any emails about my e-certificate for citizenship. Is anyone experiencing the same thing as me? My register office is Mississauga.
