I received an ITA on 09/18 and in process of compiling documents to be submitted. Need advise on how to proceed with proof of work experience - I have work experience spanning for close to 9 years in the same company - but have been in India for about 2.5 years and been in US for last 6+ years across 3-4 locations(My company assigns different title in US). When I filled everything in ITA form, I received 9 places where I have to upload work experience proof - How do I handle this situation?
1. Get 1 work experience letter from HR but attach payslip/ secondment letter in each location as proof.
2. Are Income tax forms mandatory to be submitted alongwith the same?
3. Is it mandatory to submit proof for 8 years or is it ok just to submit for last 4 years or so.
