Hi,

I received ITA on March 09,2016. I am about to complete my application, i have a question at commited or convicted. Not Sure what to answer. I was caught for shopliftng 3yrs ago for which went to court and case was withdrawn (Not convicted, Finger prints given). I was told that there is no record on my name.

Should i answer as committed/convicted(yes), and give an explanation?

Committed / convicted (No) and a Explanation letter?
Plzzz help

You committed but was not convicted. Even though records get expunged they are available for immigration authorities to see.
