Hi all, I got an ITA through express entry and proceeded to apply for PR, I am still awaiting biometric letter. A month letter I received my csq and work permit letter. Can I apply for the work permit for Quebec while I wait for the PR. Please note in the PR application i indicated I wanted to live in Ontario. What can I do to not get into trouble?
